I think you may get away with it at a large hospital, but not at a nursing home, and definately not in private care. Do what you can to clean up your credit history. It may hurt you.
im opposed to financial histories being included in background checks because it has nothing to do with a person’s ability to d a job. I think this is only done to give employers a leverage to protect themselves against charges of racism and sexism. MOST employers will only care about your CRIMINAL record. If you have a good employment record with at least three good references and you haven’t been convicted of any crimes you should be good. My mom is an lpn and in charge of admissions in the one home in my state that hasn’t ben investigated. I KNOW how underappreaciated nurses are so GO FOR IT!OOOOOOOOOOOO we NEED YOU!!

No. It only effect you if you apply for work at the bank or jobs where you have to deal with financial transaction.
