I’m sorry, Stampy (my pet elephant) got scared and went and hid in old man Morrison’s basement. And everyone knows about old man Morrison’s tenancies to capture, kill and eat rare and endangered animals.
Thankfully, old man Morrison was out on holiday, which gave me some time to get Stampy out.
Stampy however, being an increadably stubborn elephant, will never do anything you ask him unless you feed him with his favorite food, peanuts.
And as you may know, the world’s supply of peanut’s, being deprived of it’s nutty nutrition, has withered away to all but nothing, with what’s left being heavily guarded for the presidents and most powerful people in the world.
Anyway, with old man Morison on his way back, i realized i needed to act fast.
Then i remembered Stampy’s species of elephant had particularly poor vision, and relied mostly on touch.
Remembering how the last time gran came over, and Stampy nearly accidentally ate her, cause to Stampy, she felt like on giant peanut, i thought that if i could get a grandma or grandpa from the nursing home, i could use them to lure Stampy out of old man Morrison’s house.
But i forgot that it was the annual old people picnic and all the grandmas and grandpas would be in the park. Naturally, when i got there the buinding was empty, so i came back out here and bumped into you.
However, you knowing why i was in there doesn’t get Stampy out of old man Morrison’s basement.
But as i have been standing here talking to you, i’ve noticed that you are not the ball of youth you once where…
