Look, do your homework, and write your care plan. Once you get your license, there are puter programs at most facilities to write care plans for ya. But you need to know how to do it just in case someday the ‘puter is down!!!’
There are many nursing care plan books in the big bookstores. You sound like a student nurse, so you will be writing many care plans in the future. My suggestion is to buy one of the books, as you will be referring to it endlessly. As an ex-nursing instructor, I feel your pain. I had to grade the damn things!
And I agree with the above comment about learning to write your own. You will be doing this for your patients anyway, so understand the rationale why you have to do it and how to do it.
Good luck!
