I would really like to be a pediatric nurse when I get older. I just need some links to what pediatric nursing is really all about (what you do, that kind of thing), or some personal pediatric nurse stories. Oh, and please don’t say, “Pediatric nursing is when a nurse takes care of kids,” or you will get a thumbs-down. Thanks so much!

I worked with all ages before I retired.
It is more fun working with kids in my opinion.
It can be heartbreaking at times, but there is way more good stuff!
This link answers a bunch of questions:

Good luck and God bless you!
To be a pediatric nurse you need to be very skillful. Especially if it comes to giving injections and so on. These are very difficult to do with children. They will not sit still and even occasionally become violent.
Of course there are very fun parts to it, but this is to me a major difficulty.
