How much activity is tolerated before shortness of breath, as in how far can they walk. Do they use O2, all day or only at night, sleep apnea (see STOP BANG assessment), do they have a CPAP?BiPAP and do they use it, are they safe with the daily activities like shower and cooking, do they still smoke and do they smoke on O2, If they were a smoker how is the circulation the the lower legs, assess pulses and feet, do their legs cramp when they walk, was this condition created by industrial exposure such as asbestos. Do they have chronic anxiety issues, which is common with oxygenation problems. What medications are they taking and are they taking them correctly
