    Maybe something like refferal to a dietician,
    encourage oral intake,
    include extra options on menu cards,
    ask doctor for an anti emetic eg cyclizine or metaclopremide (cant remember how it is spelt lol)

    You could even ask the doctor if they want fluids up and running aswell, my guess is they would be dehydrated aswell.
