i plan on attending UIC as a nursing major and this link shows the degree requirements for this program. are the sciences included in those courses? also, is organic chemistry a REQUIREMENT for a nursing student? thank you so much

These are the pre-reqs for UIC CON. You cannot become an official Nursing major until your Junior year. Admission is very competitive.
You do not have to take the standard Organic Chem courses, Chem 232/234, but you do have to take a survey course of organic and biochem, Chem 130.
