I’m curious as to why you don’t think the answer is d.?
Riight, I understand what you were thinking. Remember though, it doesn’t say what the cause of the diarrhea is in your question, and sometimes we want the body to rid itself of what is causing the diarrhea, so you don’t give the patient meds to harden the stool.
