Nursing care plan on schizophrenia?

HI, im doing a nursing care plan on schizophrenia. My nusing diagnosis is paranoia. Im having a hard time comming up with short term and long term goals? Also, having a hard time with interventions? should i stick with paranoia or do something else on schizophrenia?

    I’ve been out of nursing school for 7 years, but I don’t think paranoia is a nursing diagnosis. I think it’s a medical diagnosis, which is why it’s hard for you to think of interventions and goals.
