Anyone really good with care plans that would mind reading mine to see if it looks right. I would really appreciate it.
Yes, 1st semester and I have the instructor from hell.

    im studying mental health at the moment but i live in south australia so maybe all the protocols, procedures and practices are different , they probably are… are u planning healthcare for a nursing home, respite centre or home care structure… u dont stipulate?
