I would like to work in third world countries helping people who might not get health care services otherwise. Is there a company out there like this? If so can you provide a link to the site? Thanks in advance!

You most likely are not going to find a for-profit company looking for nurses to send to third world countries. They are in business to make money and not take care of people who cannot afford to pay for the healthcare services. Nothing wrong with that model, because if you don’t make money you can’t stay in business very long.
What you may want to consider is a non-profit organization. There is a great need for healthcare workers to be placed all over the world. But again, they are not in the business to pay someone a lot of money to do work in these countries. Many actually volunteer their time and talent to help out. Many different models (short term, and long term) exist. Search the web and you are bound to find dozens.
Lastly, give some thought to the military. You certainly can travel, and often times there are great opportunities to lend your time and talent to locals.
I wish you the best of luck in your search and hope you find something right for you.
Consider Doctors Without Borders. This organization won the Nobel Prize in 1999 for its work.
