Is There An Nclex Review Center In Dubai?

I have a friend who is working as a nurse in Dubai. He is planning to take the NCLEX. Could you advice me if there is any review center or classes in Dubai? Or anywhere in UAE?

    According to the PearsonVUE site, there are not any centers in the UAE offering NCLEX…but there are online prep courses…http://www.testprepreview.com/nclex_prac…
