I would think that a job in the healthcare field would be easy to find. I would contact headhunters and employment agencies to see how your opportunities look.
You just have to apply at a similar place of employment. All nursing homes/hospitals usually hire CNAs. Tell them you are certified in KS and the Director of Nursing will know how to go about changing it to a Oh cert.
I know someone from Ks that was a CNA, moved to Nebraska and only gave the state a copy of her Ks certificate, and they issued her a Ne CNA cert. She did not have to retake any classes or re-test or anything.
