I doubt the company would report to your state’s board. Even if they did, I don’t think anything would come from it unless legal action were brought against you (like you were arrested for smoking crack) or you were caught stealing morphine from the Pyxis.
But I don’t think smoking pot on a friday night would really affect your license.
They will most likely report that to the State Board of Nursing and are probably required to.
I would also highly suggest you VOLUNTARILY get into a drug-treatment program (one of the warning signs of an addict is complete disregard for a way to earn a living).
I’ll tell you now, your entire career is in jeopardy. Hospitals usually belong to a system that can cover several states and that has essentially barred you from applying to other hospitals of that same system.
