I am a high school senior planning on going to a public state university next fall, I have everything completed to start school that is possible so far, so I am just wondering when I should learn about exactly how much I should get in student aid? Will give points to best and fastest answer.
I have already sent in all my FAFSA info and Tax info, like I already stated!

It varies from school to school. You can start filling out FAFSA forms with your parents now. Get information from your college about when they need forms. Also, talk to you guidance counselor about scholarships, those can help a lot.
If you’ve already submitted your FAFSA and then already submitted your tax documents to your school’s Financial Aid Office, you should probably contact your school’s Financial Aid Office for information regarding disbursement dates. Each institution determines on its own when and how often disbursements are made. For example, the college I work at does not make a first disbursement for the semester until during the first week of school, but the university in the same city I work in disburses up to 1 week BEFORE the semester begins. Also, the school may choose to disburse in more than one payment. For example, at my school we disburse in two payments per semester (4 per year) so each payment is 25% of the total year award where as the university in the same city disburses only once per semester (so each disbursement is 50% of the total year award).
Schools are required by law to mail you an award letter, which indicates your payment amounts and payment dates for each individual grant or loan included in your award package. School’s usually send out these award notifications between May-July prior to the start of the school year, depending on if you have completed your financial aid file. Speak to a Financial Aid Advisor at your school for more clarification.
