Most hospitals do not advertise entry level positions on a general web site. Instead, you go to each hospitals website and look for its Jobs link.
However, in many cases, you are expected to leave a paper application at each hospital and nursing home. Hospitals like to know that you will be able to get to work, and this is how they find out. Look for hospital addresses in the Yellow pages phone book.
When a job becomes available, the hiring department calls applicants for interviews. Sometimes the job doesn’t even get on the hospital web site – because someone in the appliant pool was hired.
Job hunting is hard and exhausting – Good Luck!
