How do I keep a positive outlook and good sense of humor when life is so heavy?

I’m a single mom to one child, I run a small business and I take care of my elderly parents on a daily basis. My mom lives on her own, but needs assistance (even though she has people coming in to do housework, etc.) and she’s lonely. My dad is in a nursing home due to Alzheimers, but he’s extremely lonely so we’ve been going to see him every single night for a year now. My mom doesn’t drive so I’m the chauffeur. My dad becomes aggressive at times so it’s very difficult to watch him go through this. Sometimes I feel as though my heart is so heavy and as though I don’t laugh as much as I used to. I keep thinking that things won’t be better because my parents will eventually die, then I’ll be missing them. I’m the youngest of the family and my siblings all live at the other end of the country, leading a happy, stress-free life. How can I better cope with this? Thanks for reading.
