Most educational benefits that the Army provides for you husband, while he is in the service, are also available for the dependents. Check with the base dependent resource person.

Well the DoD and the DOL did team up for assisting Military spouses for educational assistance in 2008. I believe it’s $3,000.00 for books and tuition. You should look into it.

Good question.
Pursuing the education part isn’t that difficult at all.
Most Army bases offer college classes ON base, usually affiliated with a local college/university.
I attended quite a few classes while I was enlisted, along with other active duty personnel, spouses, and kids of active personnel on base.
Because of your specialty, you most probably will be required to attend some classes on campus.
Your credits should transfer over nicely if your husband gets orders to another base.
There is always some sort of higher education facility near military bases, even in Europe.
After you receive your degree you will be pleasantly surprised to find how many civilian positions are open are your base hospital, working along side active duty personnel.
In fact, you could not have picked a BETTER occupation as a military spouse …. except maybe radiology….. it is a civilian occupation that travels well and is needed by the military.
Best of luck on your endeavors!
