Has any one had a hard lump in their breast while nursing?

-I have already been to my obgyn…who has scheduled and ultrasound for tomorrow (biopsy to follow if necessary). I just wanted to know if this is common. I have been nursing my 2nd child for 2 weeks and noticed a hard lump (size of an almond) on the base of my left breast. It is NOT painful and I do not have a fever..so I don’t think it is a plugged duct. Has anyone had this happen?
-no family history of breast cancer
-31 years old.
