    I nurse her before I leave for work in the morning…430am and then pump around 5 am….leave for work…pump at 9am and again at 1230pm…..then nurse her when I get home and through the evening..and then pump again after she is in bed sleeping….and nurse her at night if she wakes up….I have been pumping for 3 and half months and breastfeeding for 6 and my baby has never had to have formula
