I want to get in to college and well my parents don’t like giving information about their income tax out just like that i keep telling them its for the federal student aid service and they still refuse and so I thought what if I was living out on my own and could I do my federal student aid with my info? I mean do I have to have my parents info NO MATTER WHAT?

You only have to use your parents income if you did not file taxes last year or this year, when you file you will need to show 2 years of taxes that you have filed. You should talk to your financial office at your local college. You will be able to use your income only.
You do have to have your parents information if you want any kind of need based aid. Without this REQUIRED information you will only be offered Unsubsidized Stafford loans which you will have to pay back for the next 10 years after you graduate or drop below half time.
