What education and prep work is needed to be a children nurse? Are there any nurses who are willing to share theirs?

You would go to nursing school (Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s your choice) as any other nurse does. After you graduate you can apply for a job at a Pediatric hospital. There is no special school to go to in order to be a pediatric nurse. In nursing school they train you in everything which is nice because if you get burned out in one area you can switch and do something completely new and different. I personally would recommend getting your BSN (4 year degree) it will take you further in your career. Hope this info helps.
