I have two felonies one from 1993, one from 1994, almost twenty years ago, since then I have obtained an Associates degree, and a nursing license. I am still not able to get a decent job can we make a law that will forgive a person after so many years of not getting in trouble, I have changed my life and tried to better myself but these old felonies are keeping me oppressed.

I think that would depend on the crime. You say you had 2 felonies, a long time ago, but not what those felonies are. There are some things that shouldn’t be forgiven.
that said, contact your governor, and request a pardon. That will remove them from your record. However, actually GETTING a pardon is extremely difficult. You have to prove that you have indeed improved not only your life, but have done something of note to deserve this honor.
Some things, once done, and especially when repeated, can never be undone. It’s just a fact of life. And a reason it is important for kids to realize the full consequences of their actions. Perhaps you could get involved with an organization that speaks to kids about such things. Maybe that would help. Perhaps it would be easier for you to find employment as a private nurse. Once you’ve established some real world work experience, other doors might open for you more easily.
