Can someone please critique this for me? I need help as I know that it is quite rough and need someone to help

Nurses need to know what it is like to be a patient, how it feels to lie there in pain. Also to feel helpless, alone and afraid. Nurses should need to know that they should never make any kinds of promises that they cannot keep. They need to know that they should not judge their patients because they were called to a room 100 times a night, they don’t know the patients pain tolerance, or if they are lonely, perhaps the patient is lonely and needs someone to sit with them. I was a patient and have a low pain tolerance, and I had nurses come to my room and was rather rude and did not show any kind of empathy, this I would not want to see from me or any other nurse. Nurses should know how to have a sense of humour. Nurse should know how to ask the right questions and not assume anything unless they are 100% sure on their patient. Nurses should know how to keep their patients and other caregivers informed. Nurses should know there team members personalities and learn to treat the team as
a family, at least this is how I would like to be treated. The should know how to keep their personal opinions to themselfs. They should also realize that they are a part of the making of decisions, but that is up to the patient and the patients family to make the decision and the nurse should follow through with there expectations.
Nurses should take the time to get to know the patient and their family as this would make it easier on everyone involved. Nurses should know how to support their team mates and be there for them in times of need, because we may need support some time in our careers. Nurses should know that because a patient has fallen asleep does not mean that the pain has gone away. Most times in when I was hospitalized I would fall asleep however the pain was always there and did not go away. Nurses should know how to deal with insults from patients and their familys, this is especially meant for the girls that are really sensitive.
I am foreign it is quite difficult for me to piece everything to make it flow smoothly:(
