    I don’t know either, but I had a friend who failed her nursing class and lost an entire year because she didn’t do them well. The good news is that she finished and had a great career.

    The bad news is that you haven’t been studying or paying attention. I wouldn’t want you to care for me in the hospital if you had to get other people to write your care plans for me.

    it’s a process. 1st you choose a diagnosed r/t the patient needs. Did she have a ceserean(risk for infection r/t surgery)
    Then you decide how your are gonna care for that person.
    Then you decide what is your desired outcome is going to include in a desired number of days.
