I current attend a community college and my major is Nursing. So, my question is do employers care if you got your 2 years and then your Bachelors in Nursing? because, i have talked to colleges and now I cannot transfer into their 4 year programs unless i get my associates. And will this effect my admission when I apply to a Nurse Anesthetist program?

No. Speaking from experience, most employers do not care if you started with your ASN and then go on for your BSN. Just keep your grades up because employers will sometimes ask for your transcripts, which show your GPA. Some schools will also not accept credits from certain schools because they were not regionally AND federally accredited. However, there would be no other reason that you cannot quit the ASN program and pursue a BSN instead. Also, having an ASN and BSN will NOT affect your admission to a Nurse Anesthetist program.
Hope this helps.
