Since my education is limited its hard for my to find a job.
So i live on her money.Right now i’m staying in her house.I never moved out.Never had money.although i do have a couple of cds in the bank i dont qulify for ssi.besides i have no work history.I worked for cash since 87.My mom & i do not want strangers living in our house.
We have certain ways we eat our food & the way we live.For relgious reason food has to be prepared a certain way.Besides we like our privacy.But my question is i recently put all her cds into my name does that mean the nursing home cant get access to the money?

It sounds as if your mom is still living in the house, so why are u worried about a nursing home and money. Besides states are finally cracking down on people hiding money and assets so that they qualify for government aid to pay for it.
Hon, first of all you can have a job even if you have virtually no education. What about fast food restaurants? I have seen young handicapped kids working at the fast food restaurants around town and they do very well thank you, without living off Momma or Daddy! The only reason you don’t have a job is because you have told yourself you cannot work or you just plain don’t want to. Second, did Momma tell you to put her Cd’s in your name, if not you are guilty of fraud and can be arrested and jailed!
