they like to complain
The only one harping is you, maybe its an echo.
Yep, all those uppity womens need to shut up about their “careers” as waitresses, and be happy with their lot in life. Under your thumb.
Because it’s the feeble female syndrome in them that does that…..i work in a field that not very men can do or even come close to making the money that i do and i don’t complain…..and if you look closely many of those jobs you are talking about don’t require a degree just looks and those that do require a degree many of those will marry men who are in higher positions so they don’t have to worry about their future….
You do realize that men are more harsh on other men when it comes to these fields. I often hear women encouraging a male nurse, while his friends are calling him “gay” or a “sissy”.
Girls having nothing wrong with men in nursing or similar fields. In fact they have scholarships specifically for men who want to go into these fields. How-ever I have seen plenty of men bash on male nurses, or flight attendants.
The same reason men and trolls do.
Look at who is on top of those fields they dominate. Men, almost entirely men. I used to work in the health insurance industry and the claims processors are almost all women, but the top execs are almost all men. Blatant discrimination.
90% of all the new jobs being generated these days are going to men.
A woman with a college degree is paid the same, on average, as a man with a high school diploma.
It isn’t just being able to find a job, it’s promotions that really count – where you get authority, perks, good paychecks, etc.
I remember being told that as a female, I couldn’t possibly work 50 hours a week as a jewelry store manager (I had retail management experience), but they would be happy to hire me at 48 hours a week as a sales clerk.
