You could always go on and get a MS in Nursing or change or add specialties.
The best thing that you can do, really, is to lean another language, generally Spanish for most of the United States. Here in Missouri we have a huge population of Hispanics who have come to work in out pork plant. People who can speak Spanish are given jobs immediately. When you are applying for a job like Nursing, chances are you are applying with other people who are equally qualified. Having another language is a great asset. You can get Rosetta Stone for about the cost of one course and get a great knowledge of the language.
I’d suggest you look for something that you will enjoy – think outside the square you live in – you may be outrageously happy doing something totally unrelated to nursing – what is your heart telling you? I had a major career change 5 years ago – I’m not making mountains of money, but I’m living a much simpler life out of I.T.
