I have little response from the manager, I do worry about the safety of these elderly people as she (nurse) has a history of verbal abuse and intimidation on her elderly neighbors. What can i do next. I would be much obliged for any advise on this matter

If the nurse in question has a criminal record, just rewrite the letter to the nursing home administrator or find out the owner and write to them. That should make them investigate. They could be investigating as we speak. You can also contact the State Attorneys Office of your state for prompt action. they will want details too. Most registered nurses and LPN’s have records and certifications they must keep up by law, which is another area to check and to alert. This person could be using anothers identity.
