he has fever that often increased or decreased in temp. but she has never recovered/cured.
febrile with temp of 37.7 degrees C
flushed skin, warm to touch

Yes, I can… but not well since i’m a first semester nursing student and still learning!! care plans are terrible, but they get easier. Buy a good careplan book (or 2, or even 3). You’ve gotta learn how to do them. My first one was terrible, but my 3rd got an A…
