    well first off my sister in law is studying to be a RN in the philippines, this has been a way of the philippines for a long time. They really push hard in advertisment over there. everywhere you go you see a billboard there and there promoting some college. Well they are for one very attentive that and also if they go to college for nursing they get a easy ticket to go to anywhere in the world that they want.
