Nursing programs to load onto a Palm Pilot?

I would like some information (i.e. websites) on some various programs. I need a link for Davis Drug Guide, Taber’s Medical Dictionary, and most of all, a program that I can download that I can search various disease processes, which will give me the pathophysiology of the disease, clinical manifestations, nursing interventions, etc. Please give some links.
