I’m a registered nurse from Philippines and took the Vermont State Licensure Exam in HongKong last May 2006.My US-RN license should be renewed this March 2007.I have difficulty in finding the website from were i can find the forms i needed.Please help me to find such.Thank you and God bless.

They usually send these out 3 months to 6 weeks before registration deadline. They probably sent it to your Hong Kong address, if you did not change your address info. with them. You might want to do that because it is legally required for you to fill out a change of address form within weeks of changing your address and sending the updated information to the registry.
Alternatively, you should look at the Vermont Professionals REgistry board under the office of the Vermont Secretary of State for info. on renewing your license. Look at the following website and follow the links for professional regulations or the drop down list to search for info. on registered nurses.
